POSITION : Customer Care Representative
LOCATION : Brampton
DEPARTMENT : RDC Sales Support
REPORTS TO : Marketing Lead
Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales Support Team at United. Initially the position will be 8am to 5pm, but will transition to a later start and end time as we start to support our GFS DC’s in Western Canada.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
• Develop a base of small wares product knowledge.
• Product sourcing
• Order entry
• Incoming and outgoing customer calls, sales calls and general inquiries.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding credits, deliveries, sourcing products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion to Communicate in all forms will be key
• Smallwares experience and product knowledge is an asset
• Previous customer service experience
• Team player
• High level of accuracy while working under specific deadlines
• Strong P.C. Skills, Excel being an asset
